The server running SecurePATH™ needs to meet with the recommended hardware and software requirements below:

Operating System

CentOS 5
Downloadable at http://www.centos.org/
Hardware

Server with a single processor speed of at least 2.8 GHz; RAM capacity of 2GB minimum, Gigabit network recommended.
Web Server

Apache 2.2+
A selectable package from the CentOS install.  Recommended to use this bundled package.

Scripting Language

PHP 5+
A selectable package from the CentOS install.  Recommended to use this bundled package.
Encryption

PGP Command Line 9.x
Needs to be purchased separately and costs are dependent on hardware configuration including the number of processors.

Database

MySQL 5+
A selectable package from the CentOS install.  Recommended to use this bundled package.

Web Browser

For Windows systems only: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later; Windows Internet Explorer 7.0 or later; Firefox 1.5 or later.

Certificate

An SSL certificate is required to make the SecurePATH site secure.  A self-signed certificate can also be used.
